The weekend I traveled to Dallas Texas with my cousin, brother and father was a weekend to definitely remember. It was September 19, 2005, a cool and slightly windy Monday night, the biggest rivalry in football history, 80,000 fans showed up excited, nervous, anxious and ready for the game. Every single person was screaming and shouting, some where chanting “Go Redskins”, “Its game time Cowgirls”, others where chanting “how about them cowboys”. Now looking at the stadium from a distance, it looked like the stadium was covered in white and blue jerseys. But despite the amount of white and blue jerseys in the stadium, I was surrounded with burgundy and gold. The cheerleaders were cheering, the dance girls were dancing and the song “stronger” by Kanye West was playing in the loud speakers when the players started running out of the locker room.
Just as the redskins where about to kick off, you could feel the tension, excitement and anxiety. When the game started, it was even on both sides of the field through the first and second quarter with the cowboys leading 3-0. As the game continued, the Redskins continued to suck. The offense was absolutely horrible. It was 5 minutes left to the end of the game; the Redskins were down 13-0. Now at this point, I can honestly say that I gave up, lost hope and accepted that defeat. But just as I was about to seat down, a big play to Santana Moss for a touchdown to put the Redskins on the scoreboard for the first time (13-7). Some people around me kept saying “one more touchdown” and to myself I was saying “we ain’t gonna score”. The Redskins defense stepped up and stops the cowboys forcing them to punt the ball with a little over 2 minutes left. I started to have faith, I started to believe. With exactly 2:35 minutes left on the clock, another huge play to Santana Moss for 70yrds and a touchdown put the Redskins up 14-13 and that is how the game ended.

While I read your story I was actually able to envision it. The ending is very exciting and intense. In your digital story I think your should use the song by kanye west and at the end somehow speed it up to show the intensity of the Redskins coming back.
There is good imagery and drama in your story that shows to never give up...and Hail to the Redskins.
